I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families around anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, ADHD, autism, behavioral issues, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I adapt my therapy to each individual and utilize several therapeutic approaches including: person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), strength-based, family systems, emotion focused therapy (EFT), and EMDR.
