Therapy is a collaborative process. Your insight is important because you know you best. We will start where you are and build on the strengths you have. It's easy it is to feel overwhelmed with different ideas and approaches. I'm here to support self awareness, build emotional intelligence, and empower you in your growth through mindfulness, expressive technniques, inner child work and trauma procesing. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I do not profess to know all the answers and strive to live a life of continued growth and learning, especially when it's difficult. I view myself as a global citizen and aim to be a servant leader within my community. When I'm not in session, I prefer to be outdoors with my husband, son and dog, hiking, biking or enjoying a workout at our local gym.
