About My Clients
My practice is centered on helping adults who have endured prolonged trauma or experienced a traumatic event. With specialized training in PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, grief, and major life transitions, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space for my clients. I am deeply fulfilled by working with individuals who are motivated to make positive changes in their lives, and I am committed to supporting their journey towards healing and growth.
My Background and Approach
I focus on learning as much about you in order to provide personalized therapeutic guidance. I take a holistic approach to therapy and like to look at your environment , physical & emotional health to best treat you. I utilize a person-centered approach which means we work together to come up with solutions that will benefit you. For the past three years, my primary focus has been helping others process through traumatic events. I have received training that teach leading edge techniques to process and work with the trauma. We will address what's going on in your brain and how to get in touch with different parts of your brain to find solace.
