About My Clients
There can be moments in life where we are overwhelmed with the struggles we are experiencing. We might feel lost, confused, hopeless, stressed, depressed, stuck, worthless, embarrassed, ashamed, angry, the list goes on. Perhaps, you think that you can’t move on, things will never change, nobody cares, or you’re all alone. If you can relate, I understand why you’d want these unpleasant experiences to disappear. It can be exhausting living with this weight on your shoulders. I would love to help.
My Background and Approach
Life can be unpredictable and sometimes our experiences can be quite overwhelming. It's during these times that we truly appreciate the comfort of those who can identify with us in our pain. How great it is to have someone by your side when life seems too difficult. The sense of safety that they can provide makes a world of difference. In my adolescence, I suffered a spinal cord injury and navigated through a number of life changing experiences as a result. During my recovery in the hospital, I saw the hardships and adversities that others battled with. It was absolutely eye opening; I knew then that I wanted to help others in their time of need. I've practiced in both the high school and private practice setting and have worked with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I've primarily assisted individuals with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal relationship issues, and identity formation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I absolutely believe that there is no shame in receiving help from others. If you are going through trying times and want your voice to be heard, please don't hesitate to give me a call for a free phone consultation or look at my website for more information. If you’d allow me, I would love to walk with you in your time of need.
