About My Clients

I work with clients that want a therapist that deeply understands their queer identity, poly/enm relationship orientation, or kink practices - and won't compromise quality. I'm good at what I do and I understand your identities and lived experiences. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or (C-)PTSD and want to make some changes, I'm your girl. If you and your partner(s) need a therapist to walk you through your challenges so you can really hear each other, hit me up!

My Background and Approach

Challenging and reframing cognitive distortions, negative thinking, and low self-image is essential for building strong interpersonal relationships and developing confidence. When individuals struggle with self-doubt or see themselves through a distorted lens, it can create barriers to meaningful connections and reinforce feelings of unworthiness. By identifying and replacing these harmful thought patterns with more balanced and affirming perspectives, individuals can cultivate a higher sense of self-worth. This, in turn, allows a person to embrace their authentic selves, without fear of rejection or inadequacy. As self-acceptance grows, so does the ability to manage anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges in healthier ways. Learning and practicing positive coping strategies not only improves mental well-being, but also fosters deeper, more fulfilling relationships, ultimately leading to a greater overall quality of life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m a queer therapist who is passionate about helping people live up to their true potential. I enjoy working with couples and helping them find common ground between the issues they are facing to connect on a deeper level and strengthen their relationship. I am in a polyamorous relationship and have been practicing ethical non-monogamy for the last 5 years. It’s an important part of my identity and lifestyle. I believe in systems, and the impact that family and other vital relationships have on shaping our worldview and our self-image. My work is rooted in trauma informed care, attachment, and solution focused work where we can work together to move past the difficult hurdles you’re facing at the moment. It’s important to me to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and a non-judgmental space to provide the best care possible.
