About My Clients

I enjoy working with late diagnosed neurodivergent adults, parents, people learning to feel their emotions, and those wanting to make a large life change. I also enjoy working with teens who need a safe space to figure out who they are as they adjust to adulthood.

My Background and Approach

It takes courage to reach out for assistance and my goal is to provide you a safe place to explore the different parts of yourself without judgment. I want to assist you in making the changes you want to make in your life and to provide you the support needed to make those changes permanent. I approach our time together from a place of curiosity and understanding that you are the expert in your life. My overall goal in working with you is to help you understand your reactions and choices in a way that gives you more control over your life. I work with humor and reflection so that we can look at things differently and find what is best for you. I try to approach each client as they need and want to provide a space where you can be yourself without feeling like you have to perform to have your needs met.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that therapy is a time to get to know yourself better, understand what happens for you when big emotions come around, and provide time and space to process through the challenges of life. I believe that everyone has value and worth as people and want to approach each of my clients as individuals.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
