About My Clients
I work with client's struggling with a variety of complex issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and autism. I support my client's to improve their communication with others, explore and understand their emotions and thoughts, and strengthen attachments with their loved ones.
My Background and Approach
Utilizing a combination of CBT and DBT, I offer skills to better manage emotions and stress, to create more self-awareness, and to improve communication skills with others. I collaborate and meet people where they are in order to help them get to where they want to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone has the potential to make small changes that lead to big improvements in their lives. Through collaboration, encouragement, and reflection I support clients in taking those small steps towards their personal goals.
