About My Clients
I work with adults and have experience working with people with anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar, suicidal ideation, body image and self esteem issues. I will meet you where you are and start the growing journey there. Every person is different and has unique needs and I try my best to reach each client at their own starting point. My goal is that you will always find our sessions to be a safe space for open communication.
My Background and Approach
I aim to provide a safe environment where we can talk about anything you want to bring to the table. I want to support you and encourage you through the healing journey. I use a person centered approach in my therapy sessions and incorporate both CBT and DBT. I am from Missouri and I graduated from Park University with my Masters of Social Work in 2017. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my young daughter and spouse, spending time outside, scary movies, and being around family and friends. I am proud of you for making it this far into your healing journey. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals.
