About My Clients
We specialize in working with people who are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety. If you are feeling overwhelmed or paralyzed with a sense of loss and hopelessness maybe it is time to get some support. We offer virtual therapy sessions from a secure online platform. We are based in Miami, but we provide services to Florida and New York residents.
My Background and Approach
We like to work with our client's strengths to promote empowerment and resilience. Through therapy, we seek to encourage, guide, and support our clients so they can tap into their inner strengths, their potential, and the resources available to them. We have a relatable and holistic approach to therapy and believe that healing comes in many different forms. We combine traditional talk therapy with non-traditional evidence-based modalities like breathing exercises, meditation, guided imagery, and expressive arts to help our clients. The therapeutic process offers a safe space for clients to express the nature of their situation, identify what they want or where they want to go, and explore alternatives to follow that journey. We also partner with immigration attorneys to deliver psychological/mental health evaluations for asylum, extreme hardship, and VAWA cases. Our assessments are designed to support clients’ personal stories ensuring that the evaluation is meaningful and impactful.

We believe in social justice, equality, and giving a voice to those that have been oppressed. We belong to professional and local organizations with the commitment to share our wisdom and learn from others. We believe in the human capacity for change, breakthrough, and transformation. It is through this vision that we are able to see the potential and strengths of ALL our clients. We strive to make quality care accessible to our communities. We take most insurance plans and offer flexible payment options including credit cards, Zelle, and PayPal. For the immigration evaluations we offer some pro-bono and reduced-fee evaluations.
