My Background and Approach
ADHD can feel overwhelming and like you're constantly behind. I specialize in working with ADHDers who may be late diagnosed, undiagnosed or are needing extra support due to how ADHD may impact your everyday functioning. Sessions include identifying negative thoughts and beliefs that may be impacting how you view yourself and others. I am a certified ADHD therapist who provides psycho-education to help with overall functioning and quality of life. I also like to focus on strengths because ADHDers are their best receiving support for the things that they are already doing well. You deserve a therapist who provides evidence-based therapy while also providing a non-judgemental and compassionate approach.
