My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in both the inpatient and outpatient mental health setting in the New Orleans area. I have extensive experience treating adolescents and young adults with the focus on self esteem and behavioral issues. I am equally skilled in providing family and couple’s therapy. I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, suicide prevention, Trauma Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I offer an eclectic therapeutic approach that allows my clients to identify their needs, create goals and develop a positive plan to move forward in life.
