Lets just be honest, finding a good therapist can be hard! It is my wish that every client, couple, and family I work with feel seen, heard, and understood. I want to help empower you to break free from perfectionism and lean into authenticity, not only for yourself, but for the relationships that mean the most to you. You do not have to be perfect, supress your emotions, or dial back on what you need in order to have healthy relationships.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I help those who are willing to dedicate time & effort into themselves & their relationships. Together, we will examine your experiences, identify trauma, and explore tools to help you manage life stressors. I do not believe in rushing to find a quick fix, especially when it comes to our complex human experiences. I use evidence based treatment to help support clients in reparing betrayal in their relationships, work through conflict, and better understand themselves and their partners.

I have worked with couples, families, and individuals in all stages and walks of life. I want to help you gain clarity on having healthier relationships, and lessen the anxiety that comes from feeling obligated to be perfect. I believe that having the right support and having safety in your therapy space can be the first steps to healing. I am a firm believer in the fact that we can not heal what we are unaware of, so I like to help my clients feel empowered by providing education and tools.
