About My Clients
Through the therapeutic process I bring attentiveness and a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to sessions. I use the practice of self-awareness and mindfulness to guide you to a better understanding of yourself and others. By working with your anxiety, depression, loneliness, anger, or whatever else you are experiencing, together we can find meaning behind those experiences which will facilitate growth.
My Background and Approach
Art and creativity are other tools I use to engage with the unconscious where you can learn about yourself. I can offer the support needed to reach their goals by helping to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and reactions. I am also an attentive, active listener who brings empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgemental perspective to the session. I have 3 years of experience using art as a tool to help engage with and confront the unconscious where the root is.

My goal is to establish a safe and healthy therapeutic relationship to better understand the struggle(s) you are experiencing through self-awareness and provide you with the tools and fortitude needed to grow beyond your circumstances and move through life as a stronger, healthier, and happier you.
