Whether you want to learn to communicate in a healthy way with others, set boundaries with those who regularly cross them, or maybe just find someone to hold you accountable; I can help you define your goals and push you to reach them. If you want a therapist who is going to work to get to know you on a human level, rather than just asking "And how does that make you feel?" then we might be a good match! I like to combine all types of therapy to tailor the therapeutic experience to each person!

I believe that you as a client know what is best for you, but most people need someone to help pull that information to the surface. I encourage setting personal boundaries, finding personal motivation, cultivating meaningful relationships, and building off of what YOU want to do, deep down. Need a reality check? My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in creating a therapeutic space that is incredibly comfortable and different from the "norm." In the past, I have had friends, family, and even myself complain about having a therapist that is intimidating, over analytical, "high brow," or just gives that know-it-all vibe. I strive to make my sessions feel like a chat with just another human being. I dont wear fancy clothes, keep a straight face, or try to put on any kind of façade. If you like the idea of talking to 26 year old gay guy in a hoodie while he swats away his cat, sips on his fun beverages, occasionally makes bread in the kitchen and shows off his new toys and home décor whjle STILL ensuring your therapeutic needs are being addressed and met, then come try it out!
