I am passionate in helping others to identify codependency patterns and traits negatively impacting their relationships with themselves and intimate relationships leaving them feeling empty in the end.

Anxiety symptoms can be very persistent in individuals who are ambitious, driven and accomplished always feeling the need for more. I am passionate in helping others to gain mastery of their possible negative thoughts as the driving force of their anxiety symptoms.

Emotional, physical and verbal abuse are different forms of tormenting abuse. The various forms will take a hold on an individual’s life carrying a new set of problems. I am passionate in assisting my clients to gain freedom by understanding the root causes and patterns in relationships with intimate abuse with significant others, possible childhood traumas or future patterns choices.

My approach with Psychodynamic therapy is to help each client to self-reflect and self-examine the use of the relationship between therapist and patient as a window into problematic relationship patterns in the patient's life. It providers an insider perspective and knowledge to better understand the clients relationships with friends, family members and significant others.

Attachment theory is deeply rooted in childhood traumas and experiences negatively impacting an individuals relationships. I am passionate in assisting my clients to identify the patterns in their relationship history to gain mastery to where they want to be.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. My approach in CBT focuses on challenging and changing cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems. I apply an interactive style founded on client/therapist rapport to identify the core of deep rooted thought patterns negatively impacting a client to the present day.
