About My Clients
I love working with both teens and adults who are looking to create some new changes in their lives. I work best with people who have experienced trauma and want to understand the significance this has played in their lives. I also enjoy working with couples and families and treat from a person centered approach. I have several years experience working with addictions including chemical dependency, compulsive sexual behaviors, and the link between these and trauma. I incorporate EMDR in my work.

I am person centered and humanistic in my approach. I love incorporating EMDR and body based work into my therapy practice as well.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that our life experiences have a significant impact on who we are today. Unfortunately, the way we are raised often falls short of nurturing and we end up paying the cost later in life. Even though we have developed skills to push past this, often our pasts catch up to us in ways that we wish didn't have such an impact. Lets tackle this together by building awareness in a positive and supportive connection. I believe working in a non judgmental space that is accepting is one of the best ways to facilitate important changes.
