About My Clients
Being overwhelmed with anxiety means avoiding the things you most want to do. With depression it's difficult to have any motivation. Either way if you manage to force yourself to do something you feel like you’ll end up regretting it. You want to be able to do “normal” things without struggling through it. A great life, close friendships, and secure foundation with a loved one may seem like impossible goals right now. Let's take it one step at a time, at your pace, with your goals in mind.
My Background and Approach
I will treat you with dignity, respect and without judgement. You will find me compassionate, down to earth and friendly. Depending on your particular situation therapy can be just a few sessions to address small issues, or for larger issues can be more in depth over a series of sessions using tried and true programs such as Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Strength Based techniques.
