Painful memories and shattered boundaries have left you exhausted and disconnected. Numb to your body and feelings, you’re lost at sea, unable to take confident steps in any direction. You’ve put in so much effort to do the right thing, be the right way, but this facade feels empty. “Who am I?” seems like such a cliche, and yet fear and uncertainty cloud every decision in front of you. EFT is the most evidence-based couples therapy method, with 90% of couples improving their relationships. You will learn how to communicate authentically and break out of patterns.
