I offer a space that is open and inviting to process sexuality, spirituality, anxiety/depression, LGBTQIA, consensual non-monogamy, relationships, personal growth and much more. I specialize in cancer counseling - both for the individual in treatment and for the caregiver. I integrate approaches that best suit your personality and needs - narrative, DBT, Existentialism.
My Approach to Helping
Personally, I believe the therapeutic alliance that we will form can help foster growth, healing, and change. Finding the right fit is one of the most important parts of therapy and being able to gain the most from the space. I am a therapist that is truly invested in finding the support you need, whether that means we get to work together and or if I am able to find a referral of a therapist that could be a better fit. By sitting and processing together, we can collaborate on ways for you to reach your goals and bring life to the heavy areas of your heart. I seek to honor your courage, process, and trust by integrating therapeutic approaches that meet your specific needs.
