About My Clients
Is the constant motion of life pulling you from your center and disconnecting you from your true self and values? Sometimes it can be hard to slow down and really listen to what our mind body and soul need. This at times create distress confusion and shame. If you are seeking a space to slow down and feel more connected to all parts of you, then working with me might be the place to be! I like my clients to feel seen, heard, and their most authentic selves.
My Approach to Helping
I believe in the power of an authentic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. With over 11 years of experience in mental health practice—10 of which have been dedicated to specializing in eating disorder treatment—I’m here to support you through the challenges you're facing, whether it’s recovering from an eating disorder, managing anxiety, overcoming depression, navigating life transitions, or seeking guidance as a parent. I understand that each person is unique, and I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My work is centered around you and your specific needs, goals, and experiences. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together, and I’m deeply committed to building trust and supporting you throughout your journey. Therapy should feel like a partnership, not a process of being “fixed.” My goal is to help you feel safe to address all parts of you that are needing more attention and compassion on your path of life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I like to believe we are all in this together, and that healing is possible for all people. Therapy is a great tool to start your healing, continue your healing, or maintain what already feels right.
