At times, emotions can feel all-consuming and get in the way of what we want or care about most in our lives. I use evidence-based practices to support children, teens, and young adults in coping with difficult experiences—such as anxiety, OCD, depression and behavioral challenges. I also provide parents with strategies to help their children experiencing challenges. I also treat clients with depression, anxiety, stress due to major life changes, anger management and relationship issues. I work with young adults and adults who are experiencing stress and anxiety. My goal is to help you stop getting caught in a spiral of distracting negative thoughts so that you can start being present in the here and now. Then you can more easily make choices that are consistent with your personal values and goals.
