About My Clients
I have worked successfully with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, communication issues, relationship problems, trauma, grief, life transitions and general life stressors. I truly enjoy working with all individuals but my passion lies in helping adolescents, young woman and adult females struggling with life transitions and self-worth and self-esteem struggles.

My therapeutic approach is centered around the individual and their needs through the use of CBT, DBT, Person-centered and traditional talk-therapy techniques.
