Do you often feel like things are out of control in your life? With some support and remember you are not alone, you can learn the skills to find balance again. I hope to hear from you and help collaborate with you to teach some skills.
My Background and Approach
Throughout my training, I learned the skill to provide you to help people just like you. My goal is to have skills and tools that you use in everyday life. I am supportive and solution-focused. We'll work collaboratively to address the things that have brought you to look for more assistance. I have attended training that teaches leading-edge techniques. We'll address what's going on in your life, feelings, and behaviors during this challenging time. We'll discuss your strengths and remind you of these strengths to be able to solve your problems in the future.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people have unique strengths to grow during different times in their lives. Everyone can find the outcomes they want and sometimes needs a supportive hand to help them get there. We all can have the opportunities to grow and change; all we need is a chance and the courage to try. Growing up, my family went through a terrible divorce, and I had to learn to overcome anxiety and family issues. Through my therapy journey, I realized that we all go through different transitions in life that are sometimes harder to go through, and therapy can be beneficial during that time. I am a die-hard Baylor Bear fan and love everything about living in Waco, Texas. I want to create the same welcoming environment I receive in my everyday interactions. I don't judge others in their hard time. I make a point to support and enforce a judge-free environment in my life and sessions.
