My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I provide a safe and judgement-free space which allows individuals to show up authentically, to cultivate a deeper sense of self and agency. I believe that our current functioning and the way we navigate life is a direct reflection of past relational experiences with ourselves, family, friends and our community. These unique experiences helped shaped our behavior and approach to life in ways that may no longer be effective or helpful. During our time together, we will work to identify patterns and behaviors in your relationships with yourself and others that are no longer serving you. In exchange, we will increase your ability to cope with all emotions, establish healthy, mutually beneficial relationships and develop new behaviors to effectively create long lasting change.
