Most people will find themselves at one time or another experiencing trauma, difficult life transitions, or just feeling stuck. Maybe you've always struggled in relationships, or are just going through a difficult time and feel as though you've lost yourself. I will come alongside you to help accomplish your goals, start to understand yourself, and overall, feel better.
My Background and Approach
For the past 6 years, I have focused on helping people process through complex trauma and working through understanding patterns and beliefs that stem from difficult family and relationship dynamics. I've worked in setting such as intensive outpatient, day treatment, and community mental health with adolescents and adults. I come from a systems, person-centered and attachment approach/perspective focused on understanding how the systems and relationships we grew up with have impacted the way we see ourselves and the world. Not only will we uncover some of those patterns and beliefs, I will also leave you with practical tools you can implement to help yourself feel better. We will work collaboratively address the issues most impacting you, and I will take a genuine, authentic, and direct approach.
