My Background and Approach
I seek to create a supportive, empathetic relationship with my clients in order to help them reduce the suffering in their lives and learn new skills. I love working with people who are looking to make positive changes in their lives. I have specialized experience helping those with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) , panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) , depression, social anxiety, and phobias. My favorite treatment methods to use with clients include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) , Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindful Self-Compassion.
