About My Clients

I see many people who are overwhelmed with their day-to-day life, and often because of this, their important relationships have begun to slip away from them. They long for close, grounded relationships that enable them to experience more of the best parts of life.

My Background and Approach

Anxiety, panic, hopelessness, and depression often press hard on wounds we've carried for a long time. Yet when we take time to slow down, I think you'll find not only understanding, but a new way of managing difficult feelings. That's the journey I want to help you with. My goal is for you to walk out of our first session with with a sigh of relief, because you feel a bit more clear about the steps ahead, and how I can help. Let's take that first step today.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe change happens through relationship. Our brains are built to share and receive deep, emotional connection with those around us. This is what makes us feel fully alive. That's why I practice psychotherapy. I believe there is something spiritual about a direct conversation that helps us each to move forward into the life we were meant to live. I also believe psychotherapy is vital in our busy work environments. It's meaningful for me to help others see the counter-intuitive benefit of setting boundaries and self-care... even for one's own work life.
