If you are dealing with trauma, burnout, identity issues or any perceived unmanageable stressors, I want to help. Listen, I have been there, too. You are not alone, and you are not broken. That's why one of my passions is helping others gain a healthy perception of themselves and their relationships. Remember, You matter.
My Approach to Helping
Through the use of various techniques (i.e., CBT, DBT), I aim for people to know themselves as peaceful, whole and safe. I pursue this by providing an atmosphere of acceptance where you have the freedom to be who you are. There is no judgement here.
My Values as a Therapist
I recognize the importance of individuality and autonomy, so my style of therapy is relaxed, fun and collaborative. I will aim to recognize and highlight your innate strengths and help you build skills and tools that work best for you. We'll laugh. We'll cry. We'll heal.
