You are exhausted from people telling you how to live your life. These experiences are continuing to zap away the joy and confidence in your life. Disrupting the life you want to build, invading the relationships you want to keep, and even causing you to avoid every that brings up those emotions.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I am your guide that focuses on autonomy, connecting you with your inner abilities to unlock strengths deep down and empowering every aspect of your true self. Since 2015, I have been honored to help many individuals overcome life threatening challenges such as homelessness, addiction, complex trauma, and sexual assault as a crisis mental health professional. My expertise has expanded in recent years to combat the challenges of education through the pandemic as a Teacher for 4th and 5th graders and I have been honored to help many students through self-esteem, identity, anxiety, and depression issues. I specialize in postmodern approaches, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Narrative Therapy. I have also traveled abroad to many other countries to help broaden my scope and learn how these approaches effect diverse populations.
