About My Clients

I work with clients who live between binaries—LGBTQIA+ individuals, especially trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive folks, as well as BIPOC navigating systemic oppression, identity exploration, or intergenerational trauma. I also support neurodivergent individuals and caregivers from a strengths-based, affirming lens. My clients seek a space where they can show up as their full selves, be met with care and non-judgment, and explore healing, resilience, and practical strategies for growth.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic philosophy emphasizes dignity, resilience, and practical strategies for growth. I work to create a secure and compassionate space where clients can explore their identities, heal from trauma, and develop the tools for personal empowerment. I believe in the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and environmental well-being, and aim to empower clients to live authentically and navigate challenges with resilience. My approach fosters self-discovery, healing, and growth through empathy, non-judgment, and collaboration.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a mixed race-Black, transmasculine, and nonbinary practitioner, I understand the importance of being seen and affirmed. I approach therapy with a commitment to creating a secure, affirming space where clients can unfold into their most authentic selves.
