About My Clients
My clients typically are adults who are facing life stressors and complex trauma. In therapy I help my clients process and desensitize experiences that have disturbed them. EMDR is a cutting edge therapy with empirical evidence to support it's efficacy and a treatment modality I have used for 6 years with successful client outcomes. EMDR is ideal for clients with complex PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and recently experienced trauma. I was trained in EMDR by the EMDR institute in 2018.

I believe each of us has the potential to find our true path and reach our dreams. My therapy training and experience includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and EMDR. Currently, I am accepting adult and adolescent clients for individual therapy. My personal belief is centered around mindfulness and being in the moment. My interests include yoga, gardening, and spending time with my family.
