About My Clients
I am most passionate about working with parents, those involved in the child welfare system, and youth who have experienced trauma. By promoting self-care and healthy boundaries, I believe that anyone can achieve mental wellness.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy involves a balance of validation and acceptance with skill building and growth. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Educational Studies from Alma College. I then went on to receive my master’s in Social Work from Wayne State University. I’ve had the immense privilege of working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and welcome the opportunity to assist you.
