About My Clients
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist holding a Master’s degree in Clinical psychology with an emphasis on LGBTQ+ affirmative psychotherapy. My areas of work include: addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-esteem.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a range of contemporary psychological theories such as psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My goal is to assist clients to connect to their authentic selves, overcome negative thinking, unhealthy behaviors, and reinforce positive self-talk.
