My Background and Approach
My practice is person-centered and strengths based focusing on the individual as a whole. I believe everyone has the right to feel heard and supported. I incorporate mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills into sessions to assist clients in managing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors and address difficult emotions. I enjoy working with teens and adults who are looking to make changes in their lives and begin seeing results.

Oftentimes, there are complex concerns that overwhelm us, such as upbringing, traumatic events, life transitions, cultural norms, societal expectations, and so much more.
