I utilize evidence-based therapy strategies such Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). We will direct our attention on those unwanted feelings, triggers and thoughts that are keeping you stuck. EMDR is a very active process. We will not only develop the skills you need to cope in a healthier manner, but we will change those unwanted symptoms so they are no longer interfering with your goals.
