My Background and Approach
My background is in social justice and education. Before becoming a therapist, I was an educator and an advocate which translates directly into my therapy style. My education was holistic and prioritized the whole person approach. I approach each client as their own unique person layered with identities, I will always strive to meet you at the intersection of all the pieces that make you, you! I believe you heal best when you feel connected to your therapist, you can count on me for safety, warmth, and some humor along the way. My specialty is working with young women encountering anxiety, life transitions, or body image disturbance. In session, I aim to keep therapy innovative incorporating art, music, and nature to create an engaging and beneficial experience.Together we can discover, what matters to you and how to create a life that empowers you to be your favorite version of yourself.
