Throughout my career, I've worked with kids and young adults with a wide range of experience and needs. I began my career working on a team serving primarily high needs children teens with complex emotional and cognitive needs. Later on, I branched out to working with young adults and focused further on those within the LGBTQ+ community. Throughout schooling, I focused on topics such as these as well as trauma and body image/eating disorders. As of now, I run my own practice specializing in these topics. I utilize a strengths-based and client-centric framework to aid people in regaining control of their mental wellbeing. Through the use of various therapeutic methods, I've been able to help many achieve goals related to their mental health and personal growth.

I believe that everyone should have the ability to enjoy their life. Our lives are such a precious thing, that we deserve to enjoy as many moments as we can. Thankfully, with some support, we can make changes in our lives to find more fulfillment and joy! As someone who grew up with my own mental health struggles, I hope to help others grow to feel in control of their own happiness. Furthermore, I believe in equality amongst all identities. Unfortunately, our world has systematic barriers and interpersonal barriers that infringe upon this equality. In my therapy practice, I strive to support those who are experiencing life inequalities, and provide a space where all people feel welcomed and equal, regardless of their background or identity. I believe that people need to exercise cultural humility to seek understanding about those from other backgrounds or groups.
