About My Clients
I have a wide variety of experience and have been working in the mental health field for three years now holding various positions such as care coordinator, family development specialist and psychotherapist. I have worked with many individuals with a wide range of diagnosis and ages. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges and mood instability anywhere from 5 years old to 85 years old.

It is important for me to work to your needs since everyone is unique. CBT, motivational interviewing and solution focused modalities will assist you in making positive changes. My goal for your treatment is to assist you in finding your strengths and to build off of them to improve every aspect of your life. I want you to have a space to speak freely without judgment and to feel safe to find the best version of yourself.
