If you feel alone, lost in your thoughts, or feel disorganized about where to begin but know that you want to begin somewhere then you're in the right place. I work with people to break down their thought patterns and address negative self-talk or self-beliefs that hold them back. I help people live an empowered life, free of things that make them feel “left behind” so that they can live in harmony with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
Sessions with me can feel smooth and conversational. Our therapy sessions are not intended to feel like anything other than a warm and safe space to be yourself so that you and I can work on the rest together. I am approachable, flexible with scheduling, and open to hearing your story! Specialties: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Expressive Arts Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Reality Therapy (RT), and psychodynamic approaches.
