About My Clients
Ai provides individual therapy for adults experiencing trauma-related issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship issues and life transitions. I help people seeking to improve communication, relationship and coping skills with a mind-body connection perspective. Clients must live in WA State.
My Background and Approach
My unique training and background allows me to offer mental health and trauma therapy with a deep understanding of the body-mind connection. I have a down-to-earth, intuitive personality. I am able to guide people to connect mind, body and heart to bring clarity to their areas of concern. I am skilled in EMDR Trauma Therapy, mindfulness practices, talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Family of origin and attachment work are also cornerstones of my work with clients. I help people gain psychological insight into factors affecting their mental health and happiness, as well as build coping and mental health management skills. I welcome LGBTQ+ people and provide gender affirmative care. Note: Kaiser PPO plans accepted (Access, Options Federal, Elect; no HMO). Kaiser Core HMO might be possible if you obtain a 'single case agreement'.
