About My Clients
We all face difficulties in our lives. Depression, anxiety, and trauma deeply impact our perceptions of ourselves, others, and the world around us. The good news is that you don't have to go through it alone. I have extensive experience working with individuals who experience mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and other issues using a Cognitive-Behavioral approach. I offer telehealth therapy services to individual adults in Oklahoma.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults experiencing issues concerning depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, grief, relationships, chronic illness, anger management, and more. I use a Cognitive-Behavioral/Person Centered approach to collaborate with my clients from all walks of life. It is important to me to provide empathy and compassion in a non-judgmental setting to work alongside my clients to help them achieve their goals.

We live in an ever-changing world, and sometimes it is difficult to keep up. I am passionate about creating a warm, safe place for your story to be heard and understood. You are the expert of your life experience, and we can work together to promote self-acceptance, better understanding of your thoughts and emotions, and develop solutions to problems you may be facing. I take a person-centered approach using Cognitive-Behavioral interventions to help you learn about and love yourself.
