About My Clients
I have a passion for working with folks in helping professionals and caregivers (i.e. nurses, doctors, CNAs, architects, parents, and other therapists) who are high achieving perfectionists, people pleasers, and burned out. I love being someone's first therapist, and can also offer a unique perspective to those returning to therapy!
My Approach to Helping
I integrate various holistic techniques like yoga, meditation, and mind body techniques to address the source of distress instead of focusing on symptom reduction. Coping skills are absolutely helpful, but I want to help you use those skills less often. I will use our therapeutic relationship to provide feedback you may never have received before - and I value any feedback you have for me! Together, we will use holistic therapy to help you live a more balanced life as a recovering people pleaser. I am not your mother's therapist... swearing is allowed, coffee is encouraged, and I can't wait to meet your pet during our virtual sessions
