I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and believe in integrated mental health care to optimize your mental well-being. I accept clients with psychiatric mental illnesses across the lifespan and utilize evidence-based methods of care management. I am open-minded, compassionate, and excited to help my patients be their best. I believe in a holistic approach to care that incorporates medication, counseling, healthy eating, lifestyle changes, exercise.
My Background and Approach
I see client across all life span. My clients deserve a stigma-free space where they can be cared for, heal and grow. I am here to help and guide you every step of the way in a non-judgmental space. I specialize in treating clients with depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and ADHD, among others. If necessary, I offer medication management and psychotherapy. My goal is for customers to develop their full potential and celebrate every little success. My practice utilizes evidence-based knowledge and techniques to diagnose and treat patients with mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression , PTSD and ADHD. I use medication management along with supportive talk therapy. Individuals benefit from a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all dimensions of mental health and addresses the psychological and biological factors that contribute to their condition. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My greatest strengths are active listening and empathy. When dealing with my client, I am very open-minded and non-judgmental. It is clear to me that healing only takes place in a therapeutic environment. I welcome my clients and make them feel at home and ready to open up. I believe in providing my clients with the resources and information they need to actively participate in their care. I enjoy educating clients about their disease progression, risk factors, treatment options and disease prevention. I enjoy caring for patients with anxiety disorders, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, PTSD/trauma, OCD, ADHD/ADD, substance use, and sleep disorders
