My clients are people who want to be heard and are tired of being given medication after waiting months and seeing a doctor for only 10 minutes. My initial telepsychiatry visit is 60 minutes. This is your opportunity to be heard and my opportunity to take a deep dive and understand who you are. My Background and Approach
My expertise includes anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, mood disorders, OCD, adjustment disorder, medication management, psychotherapy, supplements, natural remedies and mind-body wellness. As a fellowship trained Integrative Psychiatrist, my approach to mental health care combines conventional evidenced based psychiatric treatments with evidenced based complementary therapies including medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and complementary therapies such mindfulness meditation and nutritional interventions. It's important to note that while integrative psychiatry may incorporate complementary therapies, it is still rooted in evidence-based medicine. The integration of different therapeutic approaches allows for a more comprehensive and personalized approach to optimize mental health care. I also pin point the root cause of your mental health through specialized diagnostic blood work.
