About My Clients
I specialize in gender and sexuality affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals as well as religious and sexual abuse trauma. My background is in adolescent care but I am open to adults as well.
My Background and Approach
I am a Pre-licensed Clinician. I hold a B.A. in Counseling Psychology from Western Colorado University (2020), and I recently received my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fisher College (2024). I am dedicated to creating a safe, empathetic and collaborative environment that accommodates the needs of every individual. I honor the different cultures and backgrounds of the clients that I see through an intersectional lens. I use an anti-oppressive, anti-racist trauma-informed, identity-affirming approach to therapy. My clinical work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-based practices, and Feminist Therapy Theory. Since I am pre-licensed, I am currently working out of Alliance Lifetime Mental Health in North Andover. If you would like to contact me, please call the number listed to schedule an intake session. I am also a life coach. To contact me about these services, see the link listed.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a queer, mixed raced woman of color. Pulling from my experience as a preschool teacher, and a residential counselor, I have learned how to foster an empathetic and patient environment. I believe in radical self-love and sex-positivity. You are the expert of your life, and I am here to support you in this process to boost self-compassion, soften judgments, and tune into yourself. On a less serious note, I love to explore, whether it's going on a hike, going on a road trip, and thoroughly enjoy a good nonfiction book or horror novel.
