What I know after being in therapy, that I truly did not know before, is that no matter what, I'm okay. I still experience pain and struggle in life but I now have the skills and understanding that I didn't have before therapy. I believe our ability to feel and deal with our emotions comes with practice. I believe therapy gives us all a chance to take a breath and ask ourselves important questions. Therapy gives us the space to explore the issues that have us feeling stuck, in pain, and wanting more. I can help you unpack your emotions and make better sense of what you are dealing with. Together we can come up with solutions that will help you heal and move forward in your life.
