Anxiety has snuck up on you, and you're not quite sure how. I'll work with you to ease sources of anxious thoughts and feelings, heal old wounds, and discover what makes you excited about life.

My therapeutic style takes a depth and humanistic approach. This means that we will explore recurring themes, patterns of relationships, influences outside of your awareness, and feelings that have been buried. Together we will work to understand and define the root of the problems in your life. We will establish goals for our work together that reflect your unique needs, keeping in mind how you want to heal and grow as a person.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The idea of talking about yourself with a stranger is intimidating to say the least (I get it, I've been there)! The time I invested in my own therapy was essential to my improved sense of self, so I am very much aware of what it takes to seek support. Helping people heal and grow is what I am truly passionate about. I'm here to help you navigate the problematic areas of your life, get back in touch with who you are, and rekindle the vibrancy you feel has been dimmed. You deserve to feel like you again, and together we can do just that.
