About My Clients
You're a stressed out high achiever trying to get sober or maintain sobriety and find mental balance. You desire a safe space to process and talk about the high demands you face everyday and you're feeling insecure about whether or not you're going to be able to stay sober. Maybe you've been sober for a while and you're already plugged into a 12 step or other sober community but you need a little "outside help" for your mental wellness.
My Background and Approach
I get it, I've been there too. I'm passionate about supporting people in recovery by creating a nonjudgmental and safe space to heal, be heard, and be truly seen. My approach is person-centered and not one-size-fits-all. It is also holistic, which means focusing on mind, body, spirit, and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Access to affordable mental health care. Because of this I offer a sliding scale if you make less than $150,000 a year (AGI). My fee is based on .1% of last year's tax return (page 1, line 11). The bottom of my scale is $100/session.
