About My Clients
My experiences include working with both people who have delayed mental health treatment for many years often due to internal and external stigma, as well as working with people who are accessing mental health treatment early on following an acute stressor.
My Background and Approach
My therapy approach seeks to honor the bravery of trying mental health therapy. I primarily utilize Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, and Internal Family Systems approaches, within a trauma-sensitive, client-centered, and liberation psychology lens. My hope for all of the clients who work with me is to reignite their internal wisdom; to ignite their capacity to be completely with themselves.
