About My Clients

Are you longing for genuine connection and inner peace? Struggling to break free from the past amidst the daily chaos, mental fog, and overwhelming emotions? In a complex world, achieving a fulfilling life can seem out of reach. But envision feeling empowered, deeply at peace, and aligned with your true desires. Imagine authentic connections, a clear sense of purpose, and the joy of living in the moment.

My Approach to Helping

I incorporate mindfulness, breath, acceptance, attunement, and the understanding of the nervous system into my practice. I value the partnership between client and clinician, evident in body-based and EMDR practices, which allow you the freedom to trust your body and mind in the healing process. I infuse sessions with humor and optimism, creating an environment conducive to deep work while providing moments of much-needed levity as you navigate healing in an increasingly complicated world. In other words, we can all use a good laugh! My love of learning enthusiastically informs my practice through interventions from modalities including Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing + Processing, and Exposure Therapy. My well-established yoga practice adds a spiritual dimension to my work, emphasizing connections to self, others, nature, and the greater good. These influences create an environment of learning, accountability, self-awareness, embodiment, compassion, + agency.
